EURO EWING Consortium meeting

The EURO EWING (International Clinical Trials to Improve Survival from Ewing Sarcoma) meeting will be followed by the International Consensus Meeting on Local Therapy for Ewing Sarcoma, to be held on 22 and 23 June. The purpose of the Consortium meeting is to showcase the EEC programme, introduce new therapies and consider the future of clinical research networks for the Ewing sarcoma.
Progress made in the following areas translational research will be presented: biobanking, reference pathology and molecular characterisation, and the biomarkers of response, toxicity and outcome. Also on the agenda are presentations on the introduction of new therapies for Ewing sarcoma and the future of clinical research networks.
The meeting following this will be held in January, 2018.
