To help in setting the agenda for the Second CORDIS Correspondents Day, which will take place on 14 and 15 June 1993, the event organizers from the European Commission are hoping to receive correspondents' suggestions by 26 May 1993 at the latest.

CORDIS correspondents are available in each of the European Community Member States and some of the EFTA countries. Assisting the Commission, the correspondents collect and transmit feedback from CORDIS users and serve as a "test bed" for new CORDIS products and services. More generally, they are crucial in promoting awareness and use of CORDIS services via local partners in European R&D, training centres and information brokers and also through the organization of promotional events.

For users, they are a direct source of valuable administrative information and advice about the contents of the CORDIS databases. CORDIS correspondents can assist potential users by providing information about registration procedures and the utilization of CORDIS databases.

Full contact information for CORDIS correspondents can be found online in the info-file in INFO CORRES or from the CORDIS Customer Service in Luxembourg.
