ANCRiSST 2019 - 14th International Workshop on Advanced Smart Materials and Smart Structures Technology

The Department of Structural and Geotechnical Engineering (DISG), Sapienza University of Rome and the Asian-Pacific Network of Centers for Research in Smart Structure Technology (ANCRiSST) are jointly organising the 14th International Workshop on Advanced Smart Materials and Smart Structures Technology on July 18-21, 2019 in Rome.
The workshop and the related Summer School APESS 2019 are dissemination activities for the EU project DESDEMONA, RFCS Funding, project number 800687.

ANCRiSST 2019 aims to assess current progress in smart materials and structures technology, developing synergies among researchers in various disciplines from different countries to facilitate joint research projects that are of such scope and magnitude that they cannot be carried out by the individual centres.

This workshop will consist of keynote lectures, technical presentations and panel discussions. Submissions are encouraged in any area related to smart materials and smart structures.

ANCRiSST 2019 is organised under the auspices of ANCRiSST – Asian-Pacific Network of Centers for Research in Smart Structure Technology, IASCM – International Association on Structural Control and Monitoring, EASD – European Association for Structural Dynamics, and AIMETA – Associazione Italiana Meccanica Teorica e Applicata.
The Conference will be held at the historical Faculty of Civil and Industrial Engineering, Sapienza University of Rome, Italy.
