The EU-funded PULSE project will be organising an international conference in New York, United States of America, on 14–16 October 2019.
14 October 2019 - 16 October 2019
Hosted by New York University (NYU) and the New York Academy of Medicine (NYAM), the theme of the 17th ICOST conference is “How does AI impact urban living and public health?”. This year’s conference aims at understanding and assessing how research impacts public health policies in facing emerging social and economic challenges. As such, ICOST 2019 will gather stakeholders from clinical, public health organisations, academics and industrial perspectives as well as end users and family caregivers to explore how to utilize technologies to foster health prevention and independent living and to offer enhanced quality of life.
The PULSE project will also be presented, and its results showcased with specific emphasis on the launch of the Public Health Observatory, which is expected by the end of summer 2019.
