Update: This event was previously scheduled as a physical event but has been changed to a webinar due to the Coronavirus. The Webinar will take place on from 10.00-11.15

The European Green Deal sets out ambitious goals for plastic packaging products in the EU and wants all products on the market to be reusable or recyclable by 2030.

Ambitions of such magnitude require innovation, but luckily we are not starting from scratch. European projects funded under the Horizon 2020 framework, such as CIRC-PACK, have worked during the past three years to develop the innovations needed to make plastic packaging waste more circular.

Sharing its key insights, the project will host its final event as a webinar on how best to make bio-based and recyclable plastics the norm in the plastics industry.

The event will be the perfect occasion to learn more about the European strategy for plastics in a circular economy, hear from the European Commission and to engage in innovative solutions for the future.

The Webinar will take place on March 17 from 10.00-11.15 and registration is open: https://circpack.eu/news/final-event/
