Workshop on Additive Manufacturing
1 April 2020 - 3 April 2020
Grenoble, France
A new field of material processing comprising multiple new parameters, additive manufacturing presents important challenges and a need for new insights. These concern, among others, characterisation for process and component standards and certification as well as experimental benchmark input for modellings.
Following the success of the previous edition of the Workshop on Additive Manufacturing (WAM) in 2018, #WAM2020 targets presentation of an even wider array of industrial solutions from European large-scale research infrastructures. With a view to fostering industrial escalation of additive manufacturing, this workshop is aimed at bringing together industry and applied sciences to address key manufacturing issues related to final quality assessment of products.
