Big Data Course for the Maritime Sector

MATES are pleased to announce that the registration for the ‘Introduction to Big Data Practices in Data Management for the Maritime Industry’ course is now open and free to attend. Taking place on 12-15 October 2020, it can be attended either virtually or face-to-face in the University of Amsterdam. The deadline for registration is 5 October 2020.

MATES are pleased to announce that the registration for the ‘Introduction to Big Data Practices in Data Management for the Maritime Industry’ course is now open and free to attend. Taking place on 12-15 October 2020, it can be attended either virtually or face-to-face in the University of Amsterdam. The deadline for registration is 5 October 2020.

The course will provide hands-on experience for practitioners and VET trainers in Big Data and Data Management best practices and applications for the maritime sector. From basic concepts to Data Management Plans, the course will take place over four days and will include lectures, practice and interactive discussions.
