Climate change, cybercrime, and disruptions to economic activity - phenomena that may at first glance seem unconnected - constitute serious threats to the long-term viability of organizations. However, they have a common tool to strengthen their resilience: Innovation.

In this context, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Center (CCIC) and the Research and Technology Center of Energy (CRTEn) in Tunisia organize, within the framework of the #PHEMAC "Participatory Hub for Effective Mapping, Acceleration and Capitalization and of EU-MPC NEXUS best practices", PRIMA EU-funded Project (1941), a completely free Webinar on the ISO 56002:2019 — Innovation management, which is the new standard for Innovation Management Systems. This Webinar will be led by a confirmed expert in Management Systems, in the development of Strategic Orientation Plans and Operational Action Plans (PAO) for public entities and companies, Accreditation Assessor for Inspection Bodies ISO/IEC 17020 and Auditor -Third-Party- ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 21001.

This awareness session will be conducted remotely next November 12th, 2020 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm (Brussels' time) and is primarily intended for:
• Companies' managers in charge of the implementation and management of innovation.
• Academics, researchers, engineers, etc.
• Project managers developing new products and/or services.
• R&D managers, sales managers, etc.
• Anyone who wants to understand how to start (to deal with) the innovation process in the era of COVID-19.
