Training Course “Horizon 2020: Management, reporting and financial provisions” (Rome, 23-24 March 2017)
o Introduction to Horizon 2020 and to its funding instruments
o Grant Agreement contents
o Financial rules: reporting principles, direct costs (personnel, consumables, equipment, travel and subsistence costs, subcontracts, other direct costs), taking into account the interpretation recently given by the European Commission’s Legal Affairs on the ineligibility of some work contract typologies as personnel costs in H2020
o Indirect costs
o Ineligible costs
o The participation of Third Parties in project activities
o Reporting obligations and payment modalities
o Intellectual property and the new discipline on Open Access
o Cost certification requirements: procedures and required supporting documents
o Controls and sanctions.
The course specifically addresses the needs of professionals and project managers who are involved in the management of H2020 projects, both in the private and the public sector. The course can be an effective tool to help participants to successfully design and manage projects, as well as to further develop their internal project management strategies. It can also provide a good opportunity to network and to share good practices.
THE COURSE WILL BE HELD IN ITALIAN. Courses can also be offered in English on demand.
