A session on the achievements and opportunities in district renovation – R2CITIES history and Genoa Outcomes – 9.00am to 10.45am at Palazzo Tobia Pallavicino, Salone del Bergamasco
The demo team* who have worked on Genoa’s Lavatrici district are set to deliver a session about the building energy performance achieved through the project’s retrofitting package. They will talk specifically about the interventions and the issue of social acceptance drawing on their on-hands experience.
Training workshop – How to define a renovation project in a residential district – 11.00am to 1.00pm at Palazzo Tobia Pallavicino, Salone del Bergamasco
The session will be followed by a training workshop about designing renovation projects for residential districts. Topics covered include Building Information Modelling, deployment of Energy Conservation Measures, and smart technology integration.
