A conference on public opinion concerning the pending enlargement of the EU and its implications for EU institutions and industry will take place in Brussels on October 17.

The conference, 'Trends in EU, Czech, Hungarian and Polish Public Opinion on Enlargement: Implications for EU Institutions and Industry' is organised by the Central European Opinion Research Group (CEORG) and will take place at the European Parliament.

During the conference, new data and analysis, new data and analysis, mutual perceptions and expectations concerning EU enlargement will be presented. Participants will include senior government officials from Hungary, the Czech Republic and Poland, representatives of the Commission and several MEPs.
