Results from the Leonardo da Vinci programme, the Commission's initiative to promote vocational training schemes in Europe, will be on show at the 'Training 2000' event in Brussels on 5 and 6 December.

Over 200 new learning products, methods and tools will be on display to in excess of 3000 anticipated participants including experts in the field, companies, potential research partners, public bodies and citizens.

There will also be an exhibition, demonstrations of Leonardo da Vinci products, representations of the national agencies of the Leonardo da Vinci programme and representatives of the European Commission as well as thematic workshops on issues such as:

- getting qualifications and work experience recognised abroad;
- information technology and its relevance to pedagogy;
- making the most of working or training abroad;
- Leonardo da Vinci language training projects;
