The Portuguese research liaison office and the Institute for international scientific and technological cooperation (ICCTI) are jointly organizing a course dedicated to the technology implementation plan (TIP), a contractual obligation of EU funded R&D projects. The course will be held at the ICCTI in Lisbon on 14 and 15 May.

The course aims to train research managers on how to write a technology implementation plan for Fifth Framework programme contracts. In these contracts the technology implementation plan will be a contractual requirement to describe the exploitation plans of the consortium members. The course will provide the background to the TIP, how to prepare the documentation and how to source information to prepare the TIP.

Due to a large number of requests, the course, initially planned for one day, 15 May, will now also take place on 14 May.
