CRAFT Workshop on machine tools

A CRAFT (Cooperative Research Action for Technology) workshop intended to provide a forum for the presentation and discussion of ideas for CRAFT projects identified through a dedicated study/interview campaign is being organized by Verein Deutshcer Werkzeugmaschinenfabriken e.V. with the financial support and cooperation of the Commission of the European Communities and the collaboration of CECIMO, CETIM, DTI, INVEMA, PERA International, INO and UCIMU. It will take place in Hanover (Germany) on 17 September 1993.
During the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to meet potential partners, discuss project ideas and establish contacts. To reach builders as well as users and suppliers, the workshop is organized in parallel with the well-known EMO metal working trade fair.
The workshop is organized around four different sessions;
- Increase of productivity;
- Higher accuracy;
- Availability and flexibility;
- Environment and safety.
