Enterprise Odyssey 2001, this year's European small business seminar (ESBS), to be held in Dublin, Ireland on 12 to 14 September, will examine the challenge of technological change for small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) in Europe and other regions.
It will analyse the role of organisations, educational institutions and other bodies promoting the development of SMEs.
