Green Week 2002 to examine sustainable development

The Environment DG of the European Commission is organising a Green Week with the theme of 'Changing our ways' in Brussels from 15 to 19 April 2002.
The event, which combines a conference and exhibition programme, is being held for the second year running. It aims to address the issue of how citizens, businesses, policy makers, young people and other stakeholders can help to make the world a more environmentally friendly and healthy place to live in.
During Green Week 2002, participants will be able to take part in seminars and workshops addressing children's health and environment, sustainable consumption and production, the world summit on sustainable development and Natura 2002.For further information, please consult the following web address:
