INTERPRISE events, October 1993

Belgium
A number of events taking place during October 1993 have been organized in the context of the Community's INTERPRISE programme for the stimulation of contacts between small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Community.
In order to qualify for INTERPRISE support for these events, three regions within three different Member States must join together to organize a meeting between firms, in order to set up commercial, technical or financial cooperation. A programme involving three or more Community regions may also include regions outside the Community. Events taking place in the INTERPRISE framework during October (together with the regions and the particular sectors which will be represented) are as follows:
- EUROSHOE '93. Shoe and shoe component manufacture (Italy, the Netherlands, Greece, France), Macerata, Italy, 1-2 October;
- INTERPRISE J.M. CONSULTANTS. Agricultural machinery, plant manufacture, irrigation and spraying equipment, packaging, climate control (France, Italy, Germany), Blagnac, France, 7-8 October;
- INTERPRISE DECIDE. Conversion of armaments industries, civil diversification of defence industries (France, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands), Bourges, France, 14-15 October;
- INTERPRISE, CENTRE D'AFFAIRES EUROPEEN D'ECHANGES TECHNOLOGIQUES. Environment, remote sensing and data collection, eco-industry, medical and cartographic and simulation imaging (France, Spain, Portugal, Italy), Toulouse, France, 20-22 October;
- INTERPRISE GALICIA '93. All sectors (the European Community, Tunisia, Morocco, Chile, Argentine, Colombia, Mexico, Uruguay, Venezuela), Santiago del Compostela, Spain, 21-22 October;
- EUREGIO MEUSE-RHIN. A wide range of sectors (Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France), Liege, Belgium, 21-23 October;
- EURO-MALAYSIAN PARTNERSHIP DAYS. High-tech industry, environmental control equipment, oil-derived chemicals, automotive components, precision instruments (Belgium, the United Kingdom, Italy, the Netherlands, Germany, Malaysia), Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, 27-29 October;
- INTERPRISE NARBONNE '93. Food and drink, agricultural machinery and products, medical and surgical equipment and pharmaceuticals, transport, logistics and packing (France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, Germany, Italy), Narbonne, France, 28-29 October.
