Estonian FP6 launch conference

A conference promoting the Sixth Framework Programme (FP6) will take place from 9 to 10 December in Tartu, Estonia.
Organised by the Estonian Ministry of Education and the Archimedes Foundation and aimed at governmental officials, developers of science policy and representatives of the research and industrial communities, the conference will compare FP5 and FP6, and present the opportunities for small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) in FP6.
Speakers will also outline the criteria of a successful project, share their experiences of FP5 and inform the audience about the German - Estonian cooperation possibilities in FP6.
Presentations will be made by specialists from Estonia, the European Commission and EU Member States. Keynote speeches will come from John Kjaer, Head of the Delegation of the European Commission in Estonia and the Estonian Minister of Education, Ms Mailis Rand.For further information, please contact:
