The second annual e-government Europe summit will take place in Noordwijk aan See in the Netherlands from 3 to 5 March.

The event is aimed at representatives from European, national, regional or local government with responsibility for e-government planning and services. It intends to bring together decision makers from across Europe to explore strategies and technologies for the next generation of online government services.

Top management figures from a cross section of government bodies will offer insights into implementing e-government programmes. Key issues to be examined during the conference include:
- successful knowledge management;
- moving from technology-led to citizen-led;
- overcoming the challenge of interoperability;
- knowledge management;
- improving communication and efficiency.
