The Swedish Bioenergy Association (Svebio) is organising the first World Bioenergy Conference to be held in Jönköping, Sweden, from 1 to 5 June.
The event is to focus on the lessons learnt and experiences gained from the usage of biomass for energy.
The conference will provide a forum for participants to network with international bioenergy actors; learn about modern techniques and technologies and the latest cutting edge research and development; and locate potential partners for co-operation projects.
The topics discussed will include:
- politics for improving sustainable energy;
- raw material resources;
- fuel production including refining;
- logistics and distribution;
- equipment/combustion;
