Workshop on solar technologies for buildings

A workshop aimed at improving knowledge and awareness of the potential for solar technologies in buildings will take place in Vilamoura, Portugal, on 13 May 1994.
The workshop will present recent developments in technologies associated with solar energy generation and will present the different application of the technologies and how they can be integrated into new buildings.
The workshop is intended for architects, building contractors and equipment manufacturers.
The event is being organized by the Portuguese organization CEEETA, which is a member of the OPET network (Organizations for the Promotion of Energy Technologies). OPET links forty private and public organizations in the twelve Member States plus thirteen European Energy Centres in Central and Eastern European countries. It was established by the European Commission's THERMIE programme for the promotion of European energy technologies.
