A training course for research evaluators and government officials entitled 'Methods, experiences and new approaches' will take place from 28 November to 1 December in Enschede, the Netherlands.
The course will offer lectures by experts in research and development (R&D) evaluation, study of case material in small groups and an international exchange of experiences.
The aim is to provide:
- an introduction and overview of R&D evaluation;
- in-depth discussion of key issues and methods;
- systematic approaches to the design of R&D evaluation;
