A cost planning workshop for Sixth Framework Programme (FP6) project proposers will take place in Vienna, Austria, on 22 September.
Organised by the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG), this workshop especially addresses researchers and companies planning to submit a project proposal in thematic priority 1(TP1) 'Life Sciences, Genomics and Biotechnology for health', with a deadline of 9 November 2005, and in TP5 'Food quality and safety', with a deadline of 5 October 2005.
An introduction to the financial framework of FP6 will be provided, together with a case study on 'How to build a budget for an Integrated Project'. The workshop will present examples and mistakes in project budget planning and provide information about audits and financial statements.For further information, please consult the following web address:
