A workshop on the future Sciencewise call for expressions of interest will take place in London, UK, on 14 December.
The UK Office of Science and Technology has announced a call for expressions of interest for its Sciencewise programme. The programme focuses on public engagement and the wider implications of science and technology, and is due to begin in the spring of 2006. Sciencewise is a grant scheme for projects that bring scientists, government and the public together in order to explore the impact of science and technology on lives.
All organisations that might participate in the bid process are invited to attend the workshop. Bidding consortia must include at least two organisations that have attended the event.For further information, please visit:
