TELEMAN Student Research Projects Congress

A Student Research Projects Congress has been organized by the European Commission, DG XII, in the framework of its TELEMAN programme (Tele-operated robotics for hazardous and disordered nuclear environments). The Congress will take place in Noordwijkerhout, the Netherlands, on 24-26 June 1994.
Over 50 students from 15 universities around Europe have been carrying out final year undergraduate and masters degree projects sponsored by the TELEMAN programme and will come together to present the results of their projects at the Congress. A major part of the weekend will be devoted to a team competition where the students will be divided into international groups and will design and build tele-robots to compete against each other on a special test track.
