The fifth edition of the European Business Summit, organised to mark the 50th anniversary of the European Union, will take place on 15 and 16 March in Brussels, Belgium.
Entitled 'Reform to Perform: Europe is our Business', this year's Summit aims to provide a platform for dialogue between industry representatives and political decision-makers on how to make the EU more dynamic today and over the next 50 years.
The Summit will also aim to facilitate face-to-face meetings between small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and political decision-makers to enhance the visibility of these businesses. Similarly, it is hoped that the Summit will help improve companies' knowledge of European affairs.
Participants will have the opportunity to get the latest on the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7) by visiting the booth of the Official Publications Office of the European Communities (OPOCE), which will include information on CORDIS, at the Summit's 'networking village'.For further information, please visit:
