A training course on 'transdifferentiation to beta cells' will take place in Bath, UK, from 26 to 28 June.

The course will provide an overview of cell type stability mechanisms and cell type switching. It will explore current strategies for making pancreatic beta cells from other cell types and their application for cell therapy for diabetes.

The course targets young investigators and PhD students active in developmental biology, stem cell biology or the cell biology of diabetes.
