Third annual scientific meeting on zoonoses research in Europe

The third Med-Vet-Net annual scientific meeting on zoonoses research in Europe will be held in Lucca, Italy from 27 to 30 June.

Themes for the meeting are: epidemiology and risk research; new and emerging zoonoses; detection and control; host-microbe interactions and microbial ecology.

The keynote speakers will address issues such as the effects of climate change on infectious disease, mathematical modelling in infection control and avian flu.For more information, please visit:
