The ScanBalt Bioregion, which is partly funded by the EU, will hold a seminar in Berlin, Germany, on 11 June 2007 on allocating talent in the Baltic Sea Region. It will focus in particular on the life sciences and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT).
The seminar will address issues such as how to safeguard the future dynamism and attractiveness of the research and development (R&D) environment in the region, and how to attract and keep the best and brightest talents.
