Workshop on spin-outs from space

A workshop on the technological spin-outs from space will be held in London, UK on 18 July 2007.
Organised by the UK's Science and Technology Facilities Council, the one-day workshop will cover both space science and exploration, and earth observation and instrumentation.
The event will feature keynote speakers from the European Space Agency (ESA), the UK instrumentation industry and academia. Discussions on more effective industry and academic collaboration for the exploitation of technology will also be held.
