Conference: development of human resources in science and research

A conference on the development of human resources in science and research will be held in Liberec, Czech Republic, on 13 and 14 May.

The development of human resources of workers in science and research is one of the basic conditions for achieving the aims of the Lisbon strategy. The aim of the workshop is to create an international platform for exchanging know-how and experience in the area of the development of human resources in science and research. Participation is open to managers, science and research workers, specialists in the field of education, academic workers and also students who are dealing with the issue of development and management of human resources in science and research.

Thematic areas of the workshop are:
- human resources in innovative companies;
- human resources in the academic and research area;
- development of human resources in the context of regional development;
