European Technology Forum

A European technology forum will take place in Bonn on 7 September 1994. The theme of the forum is "Innovation Strategies for Europe" and is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of the objectives of the Fourth Framework Programme in relation to employment, the information society and the competitive positioning of Europe.
The following lectures will be presented:
- Commissioner Antonio Ruberti will address the forum on "The Fourth Framework Programme - its possibilities and effects on the future employment picture in Europe";
- Dr Paul Kruger, Minister for Research and Technology , Bonn, will speak on "European Research and Technology - aims and perspectives of the German presidency in the context of the European Union".
The Forum will be introduced by the Head of the European Commission's representation in Bonn, Mr. Axel Buntz.
