The Centre for European Economic Research (ZEW) is organising the third conference on the Economics of Innovation and Patenting in Mannheim, Germany, on 13 and 14 June.

The conference, with the aim of stimulating the discussion between international researchers, will address theoretical, empirical and policy-oriented aspects of innovation and patenting. International speakers will talk about knowledge generation and diffusion, financing and impact of innovation, patents, trademarks and secrecy.

The ZEW works in the field of user-related empirical economic research. It is a non-profit economic research institute dedicated to economic research, economic counselling and knowledge transfer.For further information, please visit:
