The symposium, which will take place on 20 September, will examine: - Legislation, including Commission guidelines and instruments; - The view of the energy industry on coal as an energy source; - Overview of modern-day coal technologies; - "New conventional" coal power plants; - The coal policy in Denmark; - Financing of coal combustion plants.
