The communication network CommNet is organising a European Food Science Day on 18 November in Brussels, Belgium.
At the European Food Science Day key results in the field of food quality, food safety, nutrition and health will be addressed. Experts will discuss topics such as the melamine case, swine flu, food allergies, nutrition in pregnancy for life-long health, and the impact of infant-feeding on obesity.
This event is a collective effort of ten research networks within CommNet. Together they represent more than 2,000 European researchers. The event's goal is to increase awareness of this field of research.For further information, please click:
