The European Space Agency (ESA) is organising a workshop on human behaviour and performance in analogue environments and simulations on 7 and 8 December in Noordwijk, the Netherlands

During spaceflight, there are many sources of stress for astronauts. When considering longer duration stays in low Earth orbit or future exploration class missions to the Moon and beyond, maintaining appropriate human behaviour and performance (HBP) is a concern.

During this workshop, the organisers hope to:
- gather, summarise, and evaluate information on the different analogue environments and simulations used for HBP-related research (past, current or planned), including advantages and disadvantages;
- collect, summarise, and evaluate latest research results and experiences from analogue environments and simulations;
- formulate research priorities for analogue environments and simulations.For further information, please visit:
