A workshop entitled 'The search for excellence in IVF (in-vitro fertilisation): a practical approach' will take place in Maribor, Slovenia on 22 and 23 January 2010.
Reproductive medicine is an exciting scientific and clinical area. Each month seems to bring announcements of research developments, medical 'firsts', new rulings by regulatory bodies or ethical controversies - often sparking debates among practitioners in the field themselves, as well as ethicists, legislators, the media and the public.
The event is sponsored by the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE). The workshop will provide a forum for clinicians and scientists to share research results and discuss problems and new developments.
