The European Energy Conference will be held in Barcelona, Spain from 20 to 23 April 2010.
The European Energy Conference aims to promote cooperation and thereby stimulate communication and synergy in the fields of physics, chemistry and material sciences, to support technology and engineering in responding to the urgent requirement of secure, ecologically acceptable and sustainable energy systems.
The Conference will cover chemistry, physics and material sciences related to energy technologies. In addition to plenary keynote presentations on diverse energy themes, parallel sessions will deal with energy sources, storage and conversion of energy and end-use including energy conservation.
The event is sponsored by the European Science Foundation, European Materials Research Society, European Association for Chemical and Molecular Sciences and the European Physical Society.For further information, please visit:
