The Third International Symposium on Agent-Based Modelling and Simulation will take place in Vienna, Austria on 6 to 9 April 2010.
The aim of this workshop is to bring together competencies related to agent-based modelling and simulation in different contexts. This means not only fostering cross fertilisation, but also identifying common goals and research issues, and identifying compatible requirements for computational supports to agent-based modelling and simulation.
Agent based models and simulators are used for research as well as for business/industrial applications. However, the concepts behind the term 'agent' are often quite different, as well as the goals, phases and practices involved in modelling and simulation activities. This leads to different approaches, models, mechanisms, methodologies and developed computational systems supporting simulation of the modelled realities.For further information, please click:
