The Sixth European Conference on Research Infrastructures will be held in Barcelona, Spain on 23 and 24 March 2010.
The event will discuss ways to develop the European Research Area, create and implement the roadmap for European Strategy Forum on Research Infrastructures (ESFRI), and enhance the involvement of Member States in ESFRI.
Organised under the Spanish Council Presidency of the European Union, the Barcelona conference will feature six sessions:
- 'E-Infrastructure for science',
- 'The European strategy for research infrastructures (RI)',
- 'Management and financial issues',
- 'Prioritization of research infrastructures',
- 'The governance and future RI in the European Research Area',
