In the framework of the THERMIE programme, the European Commission, Directorate-General for Energy (DG XVII), is organizing a workshop on "The conditions for third-party financing and energy service companies in Germany". It will take place in Frankfurt an der Oder on 23 February 1995.
The workshop is divided into two parts. The first is aimed at representatives of engineering companies interested in offering energy services in Germany, and the second at representatives of banks and financing institutions interested in third-party financing.
