International developments in process efficiency and quality of the meat industry: Their impact on competitiveness

An international conference on "International developments in process efficiency and quality of the meat industry: Their impact on competitiveness" will take place in Dublin, Ireland, on 16-17 November 1995. It is organized by the National Food Centre, with sponsorship from the Commission's Agriculture and Fisheries programme of the Third Framework Programme for RTD activities (1990-1994).

The aim of the conference is to present to European industrialists and researchers recent international advances in meat-processing efficiency and quality, and to highlight future trends.
