The conference and forum will be held in Vienna from 11 to 13 October 1995.The conference will present an overview of the latest trends in manufacturing and design technologies for industries and products for the future. It is open to representatives from industry, universities, research centres, design and engineering companies, consultants, standardization bodies, educational and governmental institutes and the media.The proposers' forum is aimed at R&D managers and experts wanting to submit proposals for the second call for proposals for the BRITE/EURAM III programme, to be published on 15 September 1995. It will provide a platform for the presentation of new project ideas and an opportunity to meet experts from industry and research and to find partners for projects.The conference and forum will, in particular, look at the implementation of new EC strategies emphasizing environmental aspects in RTD projects and supporting the participation of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).For further information and registration, please contact:Mr. Andreas H.
