SPRINT is to organize a series of 12 transnational investment fora during 1991-1993, bringing together sources of European investment capital and innovative, high growth SMEs. The fora will provide opportunities for investors to identify good quality, mature projects with a view to the creation of transnational European ventures. Four of these events shall target the chemical industry in particular, to help diversify the sector into high-growth areas. Implemented by organizations such as the European Venture Capital Association (EVCA) and national innovation agencies such as ANVAR (France) and ENEA (Italy), the fora will take place in European cities including Madrid, Edinburgh, Munich, Copenhagen and Jena. The first is to be held in Biella, Italy, during November 1991.Mr. D. Janssens
