The seminar is being organized by the European Business and Innovation Centre Network (EBN), an international association whose mission is to activate, coordinate and develop Business Innovation Centres (BICs).The network aims to improve the efficiency and performance of BICs and to make full use of the network effect by making practical experience and know-how available to all, and seeking to promote partnerships in areas of research and development, technology and marketing. The EBN is supported by the European Commission (DG XVI).The seminar is targeted at SME directors involved in research and development, business advisers and representatives of SME information centres.
