Access to Community RTD programmes for SMEs

A seminar entitled "Access to Community RTD programmes - How to reply effectively to invitations to tender" will take place in Brussels, Belgium, on 6-7 June 1996. The seminar is being organized by the European Business and Innovation Centre Network (EBN), an international association whose mission is to activate, coordinate and develop Business Innovation Centres (BICs).

The network aims to improve the efficiency and performance of BICs and to make full use of the network effect by making practical experience and know-how available to all, and seeking to promote partnerships in areas of research and development, technology and marketing. The EBN is supported by the European Commission (DG XVI).

The seminar is targeted at SME directors involved in research and development, business advisers and representatives of SME information centres. It will provide valuable information on how SMEs can make the most of opportunities provided by the Community's programme in the field of research and technological development.
