Seminar on proposed COST action: "Institutional aspects of rural development"

The Belgian government is organizing a seminar to define a proposed new COST action in social sciences entitled "Institutional aspects of rural development". The seminar will be held in Belgium either at the end of January or the beginning of February 1997.
The proposed action would be conducted through the COST programme for European cooperation in scientific and technical research. The purpose of the seminar is to present European research already carried out in this field, and to examine the possible contents of the proposal. Fifteen researchers from different COST member countries will be invited to present papers at the seminar.
