BIOTECH and FAIR Information Day

An Information Day for demonstration projects under the Community's specific RTD programmes in the field of Biotechnology (BIOTECH) and Agriculture and Fisheries (FAIR) will take place in Vienna, Austria, on 4 February 1997. The Information Day is being organized by the Bro fr Internationale Forschungs- und Technologiekooperation (BIT), the Austrian information office for the European research programmes.
The aim of the event is to provide potential applicants for funding under these two Community programmes with information on the special criteria for demonstration projects and offer support in proposal preparation. Mr. Alejandro Herrero of the European Commission will be available to answer questions and participants will have the opportunity to discuss their proposals with experts during an afternoon project workshop.
