PLASTIC'97 - European Technology Day for Plastics Technologies

PLASTIC'97, a European technology event for plastics technologies, will take place in Alençon, France, on 11 April 1997. The event is being organized by the Innovation Relay Centre in Rennes, France, in collaboration with the European network of Innovation Relay Centres.
The aim is to facilitate meetings between European professionals involved in the plastics sector (enterprises, research centres, technology transfer centres, etc.) so as to promote the creation of partnerships aimed at:
- Encouraging the transfer of patents, licences, know-how, etc.;
- Stimulating the exchange of information;
- Developing common projects (particularly within the framework of the Community's BRITE/EURAM programme).
A catalogue of technological offers and demands will be produced on the basis of questionnaires to be sent to each participant (company names will not appear in the catalogue). On the basis of this, bilateral meetings will be organized according to the specific interests of each company.
