- The scope of possible objectives involved in such an evaluation;
- The wide range of factors that are potentially relevant in planning an evaluation strategy;
- How to define the scope of an appropriate evaluation strategy;
- The range of available evaluation tools, techniques and sources of support in conducting an effective evaluation operation.
The workshop agenda will include a brief introduction to MEGATAQ (including the Usability Support Centres) and an introduction to general evaluation procedures, as well as models, checklists and an inventory of methods.
